March 17th, 2008

Off-topic in that this post has nothing to do with my list, but on-topic in that it’s giving me some hope that life will get better… That one day soon I might need to paint my toes, slather up in sunscreen, and do a bunch (10, or 5 or so) of reps with the hand weights.

The temperature in Chicago was about 57 this past Friday, so the bike girls and I hit the streets. I had a flat about 2 seconds into it, and Jess came to my rescue. Thanks man.

At left, Jess. Right, Amy. They both said I could have their bikes for my birthday which is really nice of them.

You have had more flats in the past 3 months than I have had my entire life of bike riding.

I think changing flat tires is my least favorite thing about bikes.

i have gone through very intense “how to change a flat” sessions with jess…there’s alot of sweating, cussin’, making out, laughter, crying, and high-fives…im glad those sessions finally came in handy. have i ever mentioned how much i love your photographs…cause i do.

aw, thanks man. Riki and I have had similar tire-changing sessions. I think we even broke up for a minute over it once.

But Jess did say what a good student you were.

    snap!
